He has been sterilized.
His health is in perfect condition.
He is house trained and not a fussy eater.

Rugrat came from a very traumatized early puppy life & will take time to settle
and accept his new family.

Once he knows you will not hurt him, he will love and accept you very quickly. He loves sitting on your lap and being with his family.

It is unknown
how he would be with children.

Rugrat is excellent

with other dogs and cats.
